PostSubject: GUILD RULES , PLEASE READ !   Sun Oct 05, 2008 9:20 pm

These Rules may undertake changes as the Guild grows and matures, so please come back here from time to time.

General
1. Have fun and help others have fun and enjoy the game.
2. Any player that will break Blizzard policies (www.wow-europe.com/en/policy/) and Guild Rules will be removed from the Guild.
3. Our strength is in eachother. Take active part in the Guild, join events, group with others, help others with quests if possible and do whatever you can to help the Guild as a whole.
4. Be proud to be a member of the Guild. Wear the Guild colors with honor and conduct yourself in a manner that will make your fellow players glad to see a member of our guild. Be polite to others, help if you can, both members of the guild and other players. The reputation of the Guild depends on you also.
5. All alts within the Guild must be announced to the GM or one of the GM Assistants. The alt rank is specially designed for alts, so we can keep track of all the players within our guild.
6. The minimum level for joining the guild is 10.
7. Before applying for a place in the guild, please read Guild Rules as well as Forum Rules and use the template for applications.
8. When joining the Guild registration on the Guild Forums is also required.

Guild chat

1. The only language to be used on Guild chat is English.
2. Use an appropriate language on guild chat. Try and use a language that everybody will understand and avoid spamming.
3. Please do not auction on Guild chat. While offering items to your fellow mates that might need them is encouraged, auctioning is to be done via trade board.
4. Requesting services should be done in a specific and polite manner. Please keep in mind that Guild members are not obliged to fulfill these requests, although providing
assistance is encouraged. If you get no response to your request, do ask again after a polite amount of time, but do not spam the guild chat.
5. Requesting help should be done in a specific and polite manner. Please keep in mind that Guild members are not obliged to fulfill these requests, although doing so is encouraged and will be acknowledged and rewarded.
6. Please do not argue, dis or badname someone on the Guild chat. If you have an argument with someone, or have any issue to discuss do it on private channel.
7. Advertising on guild chat for anything that is not Guild related is prohibited.

Guild and players relations

1. Helping and working together is strongly encouraged. If you need help ask for it and provide help whenever you can. But keep in mind that
this should be done in a non-exploitative manner, overcharging or trying to make a profit out of it. Players are not obliged to provide help, and if they do they will do it due to their good will. If a guildie offers you something cheap, or puts something in the bank, take it to use it and not to sell it for profit.
2. If you join a party for a quest or a dungeon, do not leave the party as soon as you have reached your goal, but try and stick around until all players have. Do not leave a party in the middle of a quest unless for a good reason, and especially in instances or raids. If the need might be, try to announce at least 10 minutes earlier that you are going leave. Try and respect the other players and you will get respect. If you think you might be unable to complete an instance or a raid, better not commit to it in the first place.
3. Ninja looting is prohibited, as well as kill steal or abusive arguing. Please try and observe this rule when teaming with players outside the guild as well, as this can and will have an impact on Guild reputation.
4. If another player acts poorly towards you, please try and politely ask him/her to stop and if that does not work discuss it with one of the officers so that actions can be taken against that player.
5. For any problems or difficulties met in playing with others, please discuss it with a Guild officer.
6. Generally in groups the NBG/CUWU (Need before Greed/ Can Use Will Use) systems of looting will be used. Only roll Need on an item if you will use it and it is a good upgrade to your existing equipment or if you are specifically told to roll Need. Still, some other systems might be used in case of events and the organizers have the obligation of announcing the loot system beforehand (like in raids where a raid point system may be used).
7. This is a fun and casual guild. No player may be forced to attend a given event at a given hour or anything they do not wish to do out of free will. Still, if you commit to an event you are expected to attend unless a very good reason is provided.
Also, joining Guild events is strongly encouraged and will be rewarded.
